we are big fans of pecans. this is a great dessert, a lush flour-less cake with loads of chocolate and pecans topped with a mascarpone cream.. its a cold dessert. but some people like to heat it up before eating.. :)
thanks for the recipe will try it out as soon as i can! i think pecans aren't used a lot here because they are pretty expensive in kuwait, in the states they are as common as the walnuts.
