WHAT ARE YOUR DESSERTS MADE FROM?
Biscuits, chocolates, tarts, bars and cakes are made from pure, simple ingredients – butter, eggs, flour, sugar, milk, fresh cream, Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate, seasonal fruits, and nuts – the way cakes should be. We make our own crusts, meringues, marshmallows and caramel. We use local and sustainable ingredients wherever possible. We also have some cakes that can be made with almond flour and gluten free flour for clients with allergies.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY DESSERTS?
Cakes and Cupcakes:
We recommend serving our cakes at room temperature. Since we use no preservatives, please store them in their box in the refrigerator, and remove the cakes 30 minutes prior to serving. We bet you won’t have leftover cake, but if you do, return it to its box and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Truffles:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Leave out in a cool & dry place 30 minutes before serving.
Biscuits and bars:
Store in a closed airtight container or jars. cookies have a 3 day shelf life.Our Biscotti and Sugar biscuits can be enjoyed unto 4 weeks from production.
Trifles & Custard based desserts:
please keep refridgerated,shelf life should be a maximum of 3-4 days.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CAKES?
Absolutely! We are happy to discuss how we can customize November’s flavors and fillings to create the perfect cake just for you. We advise you to call us to book an appointment with our cake consultants and allow a good amount of time in order for us to take on your lovely cake to be!
IF I’M BUSY AND WANT A SPECIFIC CAKE, CAN I CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL?
Of course! We check our email during office working hours 10-6pm, Saturday- Thursday. We do not take special orders or provide cake consultations on Fridays.
CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?
Standard variations may apply to our cakes and cupcakes, which will require a minimum of 72 hour notice. These include the basic shape of the cake (square, rectangle, round), colour of exterior icing and number of layers. Payment for this order must be made 48 hours prior to delivery, or else the order will be canceled.
Large quantities of desserts or any custom designed work will need a minimum of five days. Wedding cakes and intricate special occasion cakes, as well as custom designed mini-cakes and large orders of intricately decorated sugar biscuits, require a minimum of seven days notice.
Note: If you need your cake on a day that falls on a weekend, public holiday or a special occasion day such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s day, Christmas and Eid, we require 1 week notice.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver with an additional delivery charge of 2 Dinars up to the Third Ring road and 3 Dinars up to the Fifth Ring Road. Please contact us for more details regarding further areas as well as set up fees.
First delivery dispatch starts at 11:00 am and last delivery is sent out at 7:30pm. Timings may vary for Ramadan, special occasion days and public holidays. We have limited cars, so when busy, we may outsource a delivery company as an extra charge.

How can i pay?
for all advanced orders to our call center, we prefer that you pay through the payment methods TAP or MY FATOORA, orders will not be sent out for delivery unless full payment has been received.
Orders placed in the shop, can be paid for in the shop, via Cash or KNET.
