Inspired by the fabric and colours of the event, we created a three layer cake filled with scrumptious layers of chocolate and milk/white/and dark chocolate icing layers..
we used fresh flowers to enhance the look of the cake..

Pistachio and raspberry cake truffles now available with a white chocolate cover… divine!

it shines and adds great drama to any event, we try to incorporate it in small details and focal areas.(pots,pillows,stands and candle holders)

One of our most popular cupcakes is named after my sister Jude, it comes in many forms.. cake truffles regular and mini cupcakes with a choice of either white choc or mocha toppings ( stuffed with a white choc icing) also the cake comes in regular cake sizes .. Not too sweet, and best served at room temperature with a cold glass of milk or even with an espresso.
okay heres the song that got us through Mothers day orders and organization of deliveries and wrapping from 5-8pm.. on repeat about 10-to a hundred times…

Working hard, and trying to be creative isn’t something easy at all… Inspiration is key.. and thats hard to come by when you are swamped with work. its quite impossible to think ofthe “new” and “unthought of”.
Spending the weekend at the office is difficult to do, especially if the weather is as gorgeous as it is today…
Good music, good coffee and good lighting.. a perfectly sharpened pencil to sketch with and smooth drawing paper .. this is what i needed today..
